Hello, I’m Jesuit Nugas—a cardiology nurse practitioner with a deep passion for cake artistry. My journey began alongside my medical career, driven by a desire to create edible masterpieces that are as stunning as they are delicious.
I trained at world-renowned culinary institutions, including the Institute of Culinary Education and the International Culinary Center in New York, the French Pastry School in Chicago, and Heny Sison Culinary School in the Philippines. Through this, I honed my craft, perfecting techniques and elevating my skills.
With additional mentorship from master cake artists like Ron Ben Israel, Minette Rushing and Maggie Austin, I’ve combined timeless elegance with modern artistry to create wedding cakes that captivate.
