HOW IT WORKs, OUR PROCESS
01 - first step
Discovery
The first step of creating your wedding cake. This step begins with a one on one consultation to discover your personal style and preferences, and explore possible ideas for your wedding cake. We will also review important wedding details and elements that could potentially be infused into the overall design to make the cake cohesive to the wedding theme/concept. This is also our opportunity to make sure we are the perfect team to bring your wedding cake vision to life. A 20% non refundable, non rebookable deposit is then required to reserve a date.
02 - Second Step
Tasting
One of the most anticipated parts of wedding cake planning. We will review your flavor preferences and curate a design profile that is unique to you and your specifications. We will prepare a tasting box containing 4 delicious flavors for you to enjoy. At the end of this step, we will carefully pick out flavors to be used on your wedding cake.
03 - Third Step
Design Proposal
After the consultation and tasting sessions, a design presentation of the wedding cake will be provided for your review and approval. At this stage, a sketch will be provided on the presentation to have an overview of the proposed design. We’ll discuss until we’re happy with your cake design! We are happy to make any changes up until 8 weeks before your event especially if it involves changing important elements of the cake such as sugar flowers.
04 - fourth step
Delivery
Our team will be communicating directly to your event planner to finalize delivery plan and logistics. From transporting it from our production area to your venue and set up. All that remains to you is to enjoy and have fun in your wedding

Post wedding
I will be happy to send you complimentary photos of your wedding cake including some detail shots.

If you would like us to create your wedding cake, please be sure to book a consultation as early as possible to guarantee availability. As an artisan cake artist, I only take limited number of wedding cakes a year. This will allow me to focus all my attention to one project at a time, making sure every element is refined and well executed.
