• Agreement

  By placing an order with Jesuit Nugas Cakes, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• Order Confirmation

  Orders are confirmed once the non-refundable deposit is received. No work will commence without confirmation and payment.

• Design Finalization

  Clients are responsible for providing accurate details regarding design, flavor, and event specifics. Jesuit Nugas Cakes reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the design for structural or aesthetic reasons.

• Changes and Revisions

  All design changes must be requested in writing and approved by Jesuit Nugas Cakes. Additional charges may apply for changes requested after the design is finalized.

• Pickup and Delivery

  Clients must inspect the cake upon receipt. Any concerns must be reported immediately. Jesuit Nugas Cakes is not liable for damages after pickup or delivery.

• Force Majeure

  Jesuit Nugas Cakes is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, accidents, or transportation issues.

• Limitation of Liability

  Our liability is limited to the value of the cake. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Copyright and Intellectual Property

  All cake designs remain the intellectual property of Jesuit Nugas Cakes. Replication of designs without permission is prohibited.

• Dispute Resolution

  Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of California, United States.
